gouging taxpayers to fix problems caused by aphis not doing its chartered job. its chartered job was to keep out of the usa these pests on soybeans. but as usual, aphis did its job so negligently that it allowed into the usa pests from asia. that is why taxpayers paid ttillions of dollas to this agency in the first place. we have this pest problem, showing the low level and ineptitude with which aphis did its job.
all fees for any probrem here should be assessed against aribusiness, who imported this pest and aphis which aided and abetted in this invasion of this pest. taxpaeyrs had nothing to do with this iineptitude and avarice which caused this.
the environmental reviews are very scanty and give no reasons at all why america should approve this costly move by aphis. the ea is scanty and says nothing as to effectiveness. we have no clinical results incluced. we are sick and tired of getting such crappy work from aphis. this ea is crappy work.
i oppose this program. this program introdudes more non native species to the usa. i do not think this is an improvement for our native ecology surviving. this is nothing less than an assault on native ecology. that is certainly not an improvement for our ecology here in america. are we asia? i think not. this release shoudl be stopped. you can forward to me more reports that show effectiveness. to date, i read the ea and see nothing in there. america is tired of such sloppy ineffective, lazy work from ahis.
