The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ Division of Plant Industry (FDACS’DPI) reviewed Federal Register Docket Number APHIS-2012-0111, Notice of Request for Revision to and Extension of Approval of an Information Collection; Cut Flowers from Countries with Chrysanthemum White Rust. We approve the request for revision to and extension of information collection associated with the regulations for the importation of cut flowers from countries with Chrysanthemum white rust. Florida is currently free of Chrysanthemum white rust and is concerned that if introduced into Florida would result in loss of businesses engaged in the growing and marketing of this plant.
