aphis is a sneak agency. they will sneak into an agendy telling nobody and kill thousands of birds based on one sneaky telephone call from a farmer. they check with nobody else. they just sneak into a site and kill, kill, kill. i have little to no confidence in the actions of such a sneaky, secretive agency. you can never find their employees. they dont answer their phones, arent in their offbeboarices and hide out from the public to do their dirty, sneaky animals killingi work. so i have no confidence in this pox product. i also am well aware that other govt agencies pushing vaccines are pushing vaccines that kill many people with trillions of tax dollars going to those harmed by vaccines, so the production of vaccines is not a safet thing to do. an eis needs to be preapared, in addtion, no way should this field test go on in so many states. concentrating on one state is more than enough for consolidation, safety and accuracy. so many states is called biting off more than you can safely and accurately chew. the landsyou are proposing to soak with this dangerous vaccine are lands owned by 320 million americans and they dont want the normal crap poison put down by aphis, which poisons animals with a horrible poison that makes the animals write in pain as they die. this agency is the pits and needs to be shut down. its budget needs to be zero. we need to transfer animal work to another agency that is aboveboard and not sneaks. going around killing animals and birds.
