Frankly, I can't believe "nonregulated status of cultivars of corn and soybeans" is even being considered! There's too much impact on people's health and neighboring (organic and non) producers. And just as important, to put GMO into foods without being listed as GMO in the ingredients is blatant dishonesty. So again, why is nonregulation even being considered? At the very least products from GMO MUST be listed in the ingredients label.
