1. Blended transitions seem dangerous to the visually impaired if they do not give the user a general impression of the crosswalk location upon entering the roadway. Why require two ramps per street corner then negate it by allowing blended transitions? 2. Please do not require signalization for pedestrians at roundabouts. This negates the purpose of a roundabout, which is free flow traffic. Suggest requiring additional vehicular warnings of pedestrian traffic with signings, markings, and channelization. This is akin to requiring signals at mid-block crosswalks.
