My comment: The detectable warning tiles always need to be in pairs. Blind folks need to know when they are about to enter traffic and also need to know when they have cleared the traffic. Also the detectable tiles need to be installed perpendicular so a blind peren will know which way to walk to find the other tile across the street. I have seen these tiles put in with no thought as to how a blind person will know which way to walk. Some are even lined up where the blind person is sent out into the middle of an intersection thanks
