The comments were prepared by a consortium of subject matter experts within Texas state agencies and institutions of higher education, sponsored by the Accessibility Council of Texas, an interagency work group which serves as a resource for the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) regarding the development, dissemination, and implementation of accessibility policies, procedures, and initiatives.
