Export Administration Regulations: Control of Items the President Determines No Longer Warrant Control under United States Munitions List

‘‘President shall periodically review the items on the [USML] to determine what items, if any, no longer warrant export controls under [section 2778].’’ On what specific date or schedule of dates is this review accomplished on? What is the contingency plan should the President fail in this duty? I would suggest, in the event of a failure of the President to complete this duty in a timely manner the lists would not change.
