I am opposed to this proposed rule. Proceeding as proposed would allow uranium mining the Colorado River watershed to resume. Resuming uranium mining in this pristine natural wonder is envirnonmentally irresponsible. Please reconsider the proposed ruling and sustain a clean and heathly environment in national parks. Thank you. John M. Davis
