Comment on FR Doc # 2012-15557

I'm a retired BLM/NPS law enforcement ranger. Allowing drilling companies to use, and leave, "secret" chemicals in the ground under any public land without disclosing their content is absolutely outrageous. We all know of contaminated household water supplies stemming from this practice. Of course all the chemicals used cannot be withdrawn, and geologists are well aware that groundwater can travel great distances. Please make public disclosure of the chemicals mandatory for any drilling initiated on Government land.
