With regards to “1004–AE26”, please do NOT over-regulate! The USA needs to be less dependent on oil, especially oil from the Middle East. Too much oil from the Middle East gives us too many excuses to indulge our lusts for military adventures. Stay home, get our energy from at home! Also, gas energy pollutes less than oil and coal. Please ignore the tree-hugging environmentalist hypocrites who drive gasoline-driven cars to the anti-petroleum-industry protests, and enjoy the use of oil-derived plastics all day every day. Please LIGHTLY regulate just enough to protect the environment in a common-sense balance with our needs for energy! Let the free market be free, as much as is possible! Also, Native Americans should be allowed to deal with their lands as they wish… It is THEIR land, not the land of over-regulators in Washington, D.C.
