We need to update regulations for hydraulic fracturing gas drilling and injection wells. the current rules are 3 decades old. The new processes and "secret" chemicals that drillers pump into the ground (and can potentially pollute the groundwater, as it has been proven to do before in many states). We need strong rules too, as fracking has been exempt from provisions of important environmental laws.
