Re: Production Measurement Documents Incorporated by Reference, 1010-AD53 Dear Sir or Madam: The American Petroleum Institute (API) appreciates this opportunity to provide written comments on BOEMRE’s proposed rule, Production Measurement Documents Incorporated by Reference, whereby 12 additional API standards are proposed for incorporation into the regulations governing oil, gas and sulphur operations in the Outer Continental Shelf, 75 Fed.
