I am a resident of Massachusetts who resides on Martha’s Vineyard. I am also a proud member of the Vineyard Power Cooperative. I am pleased to see that BOEMRE has identified, and will consider, using the multiplefactor auction format as written in the published Call for Information. As an affected individual, I request that BOEMRE choose the multiple-factor approach, as the auction format, in the competitive leasing processes of both the AMI and eventually the Massachusetts RFI areas
