Reference 1006-AA51 Appreciate the clarification on the term exclusive use. The document describes future exclusive uses. As a managing partner it would be beneficial for clear direction on how to deal with exisiting exclusive uses. Are they grandfathered in? Should they be discouraged? Should they be eliminated when current licenses expire? Phased out by 2020? The document offers no direction on these exisiting uses or private ownership of buildings on BOR properties.
