I undertand what the BOR is doing. My question is: How will land that is within the external boundry of the Mohave Valley Irragation and Drainage District (MVIDD) that was in California but became part of Arizona pursuant to the Arizona-California Boundry Compact however was excluded from the MVIDD persuant to resolution by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors when the MVIDD was created and excluded in the water contract between the BOR and MVIDD be treated? I got that out in one sentance.
