this program needs to stop turning our lands over to hunting, a male dominated sport that is declining in numbes. the 2011 usfws report on hunting shows that few women engaged in this activity but women do engage in wildlfe watching, so that this shoudl be gthe favored activity for any national lands which are used for nay program. we want to give women an equal deal, and equal right to use national lands and national money. the l935days of its all for men is over. we want this land used for wildlife watchers only. stop discriminating against women and taking our tax dollars and then shutting us out of national lands. women live in rural areas too. there is absolutely no need to do this duplicative survey in north dakota or any other state because the 2011 usfws survey on widlife watching, hunting and fishing did every state in the union, so you are wasting money by wanting to do another survey. it has demographics in it and everything and tax dollars have already been spent. why are you focused on wasting and gouging taxpayers for more and more and more tax dollars? of course, this usfws survey has been closely allied with gun mfr profitees and gun wackos in the nra so that it is a completely biased survey toward those gun wackos. it tries to play down the important role tha twildlife watchers play in aemrica. they are mos tof the 325 million people in america. the goals of the crap program appear to be those of l935 america and this is 2013. we need to bring this agency up to date for fair and equal treatment of american citizens. putting guns in kids hands has lost favor with most of ameria and you need to recognize that and make sure we can walk on these lands and peacefully enjoy them. WE HAVE ALL HAD ENOUGH OF COLUMBINE AND NEWTOWN. WE ARE SICK OF BEING MIRED IN THE GUN WACKO MUCK OF THE NRA. THERE IS DUPLICATION AND WASTE IN THIS PROPOSAL. OUR MGT SEEMS SKEWED AND BIASED. WE WANT A NEW PLAN. UNTIL THAT PLAN COMES ABOUT, BUDGET FOR CRAP IS ZERO.
