the first people to sign up for govt handouts are the agribusiness profiteers. they are always first in line with their hands out and then they stand around and try to kick everybody else off claiming its welfare. well this program is also welfare and they are looking to put more people on the gravy train to get govt handouts. they want to be paid if their moss goes dead, and if their aquaculture dries up. well, the fact is that this is no time to enlarge payments to anybody. we have a huge debt already in this usa and this is ust more spending and more debt. this is not the time to put this into effect. i think there should be a hold on any implementation of this gravy train for agribusiness profiteers. the fact is when the fraudulent claims for losses were investigated by the inspector general they found that over 50% of the claimed losses were figments of the farmers, who were claiming for no loss at all. 50% is waste. that is documented. and also when dairy farmers claimed losses on milk, they found that program was also a fraud. we have enough fraud in govt payemnts in the usa. we dont need more. put this on moritorium. i oppose any implementation as shown in this proposal.
