I want to personally let you know that I support this proposed rule change 100% to remove HIV from the list of conditions that prevent HIV+ foreign nationals from entering the United States. Why would we treat a a person who is traveling with HIV any differen that any other individual that happens to have a disease or those that don't. There should be no difference.
