I believe that this proposed law should be passed. Miners have it hard enough to work underground with all of the dangers of the roof falling on them or any other dangers like that. So it would make sense to give them better health care to help them stay alive longer. The increase in the technology that is mentioned to monitor the lung health of the miners is something that should be done. With the world getting better technology every day I do not see why you cannot use new technology to help monitor lung health. With a roster keeping track of who gets what done this would help to get more people to participate in the health care they need. In the end, I believe that this law should be passed because miners deserve to have a working environment that is just as safe as most other jobs out there.
