I am the SCBA Representative for my fire department, and I do not support the proposal to change the low pressure alarm ring from 25% to 33%. It should remain at 25%. We have 3000psi tanks. 25% gives 7.5 minutes to exit a scene. This is plenty of time. 33% gives almost 10minutes and drastically limits the amount of working time to save life and property. The alarm limit should remain at 25%!
