In our comment to this docket dated August 20, 2012, MSA referred to a value established by the NFPA. Realizing that not all comment reviewers may have ready reference to the NFPA standards, we want to clarify that the NFPA standard provides requirements for the alarm to continue at least until the cylinder pressure drops below 20 bar(290 psi) under section 7.13.1.2 of NFPA 1981 - 2007 edition.
