This regulation is needed to make everyone clear on the specific regions that are inclusive or involved within this regulation. For this reason, I am for this regulation. In addition, this regulation seeks to clarify and make the previous regulation more understandable or comprehendible for both the public and agencies using/ abiding by it guidelines. The language for this regulation and the ones that follow should be universal in nature and seek to make the regulation easy to understand and apply protocols if the need arises.
