Yes, please please regulate paypal! They have recently changed the user agreement to include terms which claim they can seize and hold your funds without even disclosing the reason why! They have changed their ToS over 172 times in 2 years. They routinely seize and hold funds without any real recourse for the victim. they set a long list of requirements which are impossible to provide. They ignore faxed documents. They send emails which state to replay, but have a reply address which is dead. They are completely sealed off in an "Ivory Tower" unaccountable to anyone! They routinely break conditions of various "Money Transmitter" laws under which they operate in different states. They need Federal Regulation, which needs to be closely adhered to. They have billions and billions of dollars changing hands. Surely they need Government oversight. All anyone needs to do is to search the internet for terms like "paypal complaint" 'paypal money holds" etc to see the scope of the problems, and the need for regulation. Thanks for reading.
