the bank of america needs to be investigated imo. they fail to disclose their banking transactions to consumers when questioned, constituting an unfair taking of consumer monies in accounts. the electronic transfer act should mandate disclosure by banks to the consumers of how a bank handled a transaction. bank of america seems to be involved in alot of shady deals that are all making headlines in the newspapers. this bank should be investigated. people are losing money at this bank imo.
