Comment on CFPB-2011-0029-0001

I am writing to request that the CFPB provide these model forms and disclosures in PDF and Microsoft Word versions on their website. The PDFs are helpful to link to from webpages and include as a reference in educational material. The Word versions would be helpful, especially for those forms and disclosures that have fillable fields (e.g. adding CRA contact information into risk-based pricing notice). That way, we can create mock-ups for programming teams and still preserve the exact format provided in the models and disclosures.
