I support this bill because it protects the consumer and gives them more power when purchasing a residential property for their selves. The house buying process is very stressful from being pre-approved, turning in documents while looking for a house and then having to sign so many documents at settlement is really a burden. So it will be nice to know that some of the settlement costs will be eliminated such as kickbacks or referral fees, and the amount of money that is required for a person to place in an escrow account.
