banks purposely try to obfuscate to prevent consumers from knowing what is going on in accounts.banks do not help consumers. they seem to exist these days to screw the people of the usa. there is alot of stealing going on by bank employees. all banks should be audited and investigated and complaints against a bank should be followed up on by this REGULATING AUTHORITY. BANK OF AMERICA WOULD BE A GOOD PLACE TO START.
