Prepaid cards should have the fees disclosed prior to purchase. I have purchased those for gift cards and prefer the ones with a one time fee that I can pay up front. This is a prepaid card. By definition there should be no ability to exceed the amount of the card, ergo, no overdraft protection. The customer should be able to put the funds into their bank account if necessary.
