I use a prepaid debit card from ***. I purchased this card because I travel to Mexico and did not want to use any card that is linked to a bank account. I found that I could use the card to make purchases at stores and restaurants but it was rejected by ATMs when I attempted to get pesos. I think that cards should make it clear when they can be used in ATMs and when they cannot. I still use the card in Mexico but I have to use a card linked to a bank account to get cash.
