I write to you today as a shareholder not borrower of SLM Corporation (aka Sallie Mae). SLM Corporation is a nonbank that has engaged in conduct that poses risks to consumers with regard to the offering or provision of consumer financial products or services which should result in an order subjecting SLM Corporation to the Bureau's authority under 12 U.S.C. 5514(a)(1)(C). Please see attached letter for more infomation.
