3 DAY REQUIREMENT TO RE-DISCLOSE IF THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE NUMBERS...THIS SHOULD NOT APLY IF THE CHANGES ARE ONLY ON THE SELLER SIDE OR IF THOSE CHANGES ARE CAUSED BY THE BUYER.
EITHER PARTY SHOUDL BE ABLE TO WAIVE THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE 3 DAY REDISCLOSURE. ANALOGY ...THAT YOU CAN WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO LEGAL COUNSEL FOR MUDER CHARGES AND DEFEND YOURSELF BUTYOU CANNOT WAIVE THIS!!!
THE NEED TO REDISCLOSE SHOULD ONLY BE IMPOSED IF HE CHANGES EXCEED $500 INSTEAD OF THE PROPOSED THRESHOLD OF $100. $100 IS WAY, WAY TOO LOW!.
