Posstive-The “Contact Information” section on the Closing Disclosure is a great addition. It allows the borrower access to all parties to the transaction
The additional of “Prepayment Penalty” bolded and on the front page of the closing disclosure will help the consumer feel more comfortable and that something isn’t hidden
Under “Projected Payments” the payment calculation is easy to read and allows the consumer to see when their mortgage insurance drops off.
The POC items listed under each party is great. This will eliminate the need for adding additional letters to the end of the “POC” for each party to know who paid the specific item.
