This is comment on Proposed Rule

Truth in Lending (Regulation Z)

View Comment

Reg Z pertains to the three day rescission on Mortgages also and to this date the courts and banks have not enforced that part. When people send in their rescission within the three days the banks just throw them out and tell the courts they never received it the courts in return ask if there is proof it was sent and all you can do is answer you sent it according to the instruction by regular US MAIL. A LOT of people are placed into foreclosure because of this practice and never owed a dime. The government needs to step in and stop this fraudulent action.
