This rule places an unfair advantage to larger National companies. Many small suppliers are unable to employee a "full Time RT". continued cuts in reimbursement have already challenged the small supplier. This rule would be the same as restricting hospitals from using contract, temp. RTs, Nurses, etc. This industry is being singled out and punishes those honest suppliers. Requiring suppliers to only use W-2 employees will not stop those dishonest suppliers, it will only make those honest ones to suffer and no longer offer this service.
