Please revise the proposed regulations to exempt physical therapists from the requirements related to space sharing, posting of office hours, and the $300,000 liability insurance per incident. This proposal seems unnecessary in light of the fact that physical therapists are closely regulated as licensed professionals in each State. Supplier companies are not nearly as regulated. I'm also concerned that further regulation may impede timely access of patients to these essential services. I respectfully appeal to CMS to exempt PTs from the propose requirements.
