I certainly hope you are not planning to cut reimbursement rates to hospice providers. I have been a board member and volunteer at a non-profit hospice which provides excellent services and I know that there was no "Extra" money to cover all the extras that were provided to patients to give them quality end of life care. Hospice is already a low cost way to meet these patients' needs, so don't jeopardize their care.
