As a small business owner with an SBA loan and loan conventants, the passage of competitive bid will mean that I will begin to reduce my operatings expenses to become more competitive, reducing the number of jobs immediately. My response to the employees I let go will be simple, congress and the federal government thought it best to put small businesses out of business in favor of creating monopolies for large companies who have more advantages.
