I am writing this to express my concern for the competitive bidding vote. I am a home medical equipment provider and I can tell you that if this bill CMS-1561-IFC is passed than it is the patient that is going to suffer. What happened to a patient's choice in choosing an equipment provider. If this bill is passed than the patient is going to be the one who suffers. He or she is in danger of receiving sub- standard equipment. please DO NOT vote to pass this bill.
