The Wellsboro Area School DIstrict is totally supportive of the action related to the proposed rule: Medicaid Program: Rescission of School-Based Services Final Rule, Outpatient Services Definition Final Rule, and Partial Rescission of Case Management Services Interim Final Rule. The proposed rescission will allow our school district and many others to continue to provide needed services to our eligible students.
