I don't believe this new policy will work. There is no way that the physicians will be able to put in a private pharmacy inthe dialysis units. And if contracted with an outside pharmacy then pts will be confused about which pharmacy to go to. I see no way for this proposal to work. And physicians will not be making as much money by bundling the medications together which may lead to decreased care for the patients.
