It is wonderful that Medicare and Medicaid Long Term Facilities can, and do, coordinate with Hospice Services to provide quality palliative care for terminal patients. As an individual, I am warmed that quality care is sought after for those who are nearing the end of life. As a taxpayer I am filled with gratitude that those who administer these programs are mindful of, and attempt to curb any attempted misuse of funds.
