Medicare Program: Changes to the Medicare Advantage and the Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit Programs for Contract Year 2012

I think that this proposed rule is a necessary adjustment that needs to be made. Especially in accordance with Medicare Part D. Due to this part of Medicare being relatively new there are some kinks and bugs that need to be worked out. It is nearly impossible for a plan to be implemented and have that plan run smoothly and effectively without ongoing changes to improve the plan. This applies directly to Medicare Part D. These changes will allow the system to better determine those who are eligible and meet requirements to recieve this coverage. It will also better protect those beneficiaries who are already enrolled in this plan. The proposed rule change is needed to ensure quality improvement for this national program.
