Its with great pleasure, that I find this proposed regulation made by the Department of Health and Human Service (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) well thought of and beneficial to all Medicare Participants, whom hopefully when it is passed into law will ensure that Health providers work always toward providing a great health care need and experience to the aged and disabled to bring about an added longevity of life. In the pasted Medicare recipients were at the mercy of different health care providers, but with this new law in place based on value based incentives, health providers would have to seat up to make maximally any proceeds from Medicare by giving very excellent top notch service, because feedbacks, monitoring measures would be implace to determine performance statistics and Medicare participants experiences.
