Please reconsider the extra burden additional chart abstraction has on smaller facilities. We have just one abstractor who does abstraction for our hospital. Additional staff time will have to be allocated to meet any new requirements. Here at Wing we still have some paper charts and are several years away from a complete E.M.R.
