I would love to see a bridge for Medicaid reimbursements be offered to Professional CertifiedTobacco Treatment Specialists/Facilitators/Counselors. Current reimbursement is currently ONLY provided to office-based practioners (physicians, registered nurse practioners and licensed midwives) that offer counseling services face-to-face.
