It's about time that the government stop asking taxpayers to fund Male Genital Mutilation (54150-54164, pp. 322-323. It's a cruel and completely unnecessary procedure that forever alters the individual's ability to have a normal sexual experience. When the procedure is forced on infants, they can only express their outrage by screaming in pain and by going into shock. Doctors who commit this outrage to human decency should be charged with child sexual abuse. Government funding of the procedure is an obscenity.
