Medicare Program: Home Health Prospective Payment System Rate Update for Calendar Year 2012

Home health is the most cost effective medical care in America today. Why do you continue to try to destroy it? Home health keeps people at home and away from the community infections in facilities. People can return to their regular lives easier. They stay out of the hospital with home health oversite. Hypertension is a diagnosis almost every American suffers. It effects every part of their lives and is a necessary part of their overall healthcare picture. If you take this out of the case mix of the Oasis then the Oasis is NOT a true picture of the patient. Please, stop over regulating and stop cutting reimbursement to the one entity that helps.
