second try. You might let you website maintain my comment when a field is missing. I begin again. Dumb idea to try to make any inferences regarding quality from claims data, which says nothing about outcome. The only usefulness might be to spot those practitioners billing $3 million dollars a year of physical therapy, doing fraudulent volumes of fictional work. Stop saying you are. Analyzing quality and performance, when you are really just looking at spending.
