Under the section titled "VIII. Payment for Partial Hospitalization Services" page 798 of the published PDF file: The CMS response is: "CMS regional office and central office employees, including those in the Division of Cost Reporting, are also available resources who can answer questions. Furthermore, CMS offers cost reporting software free of charge at: http://www.mutualmedicare.com/star/providers/." I was the last employee at Mutual of Omaha that was responsible for supporting the free software at the above URL. My position was terminated as of 07/29/2011 as did Mutual of Omaha's support of the free software on that day.
